You may use Anatomely for personal, educational purposes. You can use the app without an account; creating an account is optional and lets you sync progress across devices.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it in breach of applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Anatomely is a study aid. Its content is provided for learning and revision and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement or an authoritative anatomical reference. Do not rely on it for clinical decisions.

The Anatomely name, app, lessons, illustrations, and software are owned by ASYNK TECH LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep Anatomely available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ASYNK TECH LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Anatomely is designed to be local-first: you can use it without giving us personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use Anatomely after an update means you accept the revised terms.
